Ticket Policy

Most LTC Productions have an age restriction prohibiting children under five years of age. All patrons, regardless of age, are required to purchase a ticket to attend a performance.

Refund Policy: Once tickets are purchased, all sales are final and no refunds are allowed.

Exchange Policy: Ticket exchanges are subject to a $10 exchange fee and must be completed at least 24-hours before your originally scheduled performance. There are no exchanges on the day of the show. Tickets may be exchanged for the same show. Tickets may not be exchanged from show to show. All exchanges are subject to seating availability. No downgrades are available. If you miss your scheduled performance you can no longer exchange your ticket for another date in the run. Group sales tickets, complimentary tickets, and tickets for past performances are not eligible for exchange.

Complimentary Ticket Policy: Complimentary ticket seats are subject to availability and are assigned by the theatre. Complimentary tickets are non-transferable. If a show is sold out, a paying patron will receive preference for a seat before a person using a complimentary ticket if no advance reservation has been made
