Age Restrictions: Children under 5 years of age are prohibited with the exception of the Family Christmas show and summer youth theatre.

Refund Policy: There are NO refunds. Once tickets are purchased, all sales are final.

Exchange Policy: There is a $10 charge to exchange tickets. All exchanges must be completed 24 hours before the schedule performance. Tickets may only be exchanged for the same show and cannot be exchanged from show to show. There are NO exchanges the day of the show. Not eligible for exchange or refund are tickets for past performances, group sales and complimentary tickets. 

Season Ticket Holders may have one complimentary ticket exchange per Season. All ticket exchanges are subject to seating availability.
