Miracle Worker - Two weekends only!

Miracle Worker, November 14 - 23, 2014. Only two weekends! See show page for details, then order your tickets today!

This show tells the true story of Annie Sullivan and her student, blind, deaf, and mute Helen Keller, dramatizing the volatile relationship between the lonely teacher and her charge. Trapped in a secret, silent world, unable to communicate, Helen is violent, spoiled, almost sub-human and treated by her family as such. Only Annie realizes that there is a mind and spirit waiting to be rescued from the dark, tortured silence as she struggles to reach into Helenís isolation and bring her into contact with the outside world.

Book Fair Fundraiser - November 29

Barbed Wire Books will host a book fair as a fundraiser for the Longmont Theatre Company.

Shop at Barbed Wire Books (just across Main Street from the theater) on Saturday, November 29 (two days after Thanksgiving), mention LTC, and the profits will be donated to the theater.

There will be carol singing, author meet-n-greet, letters to Santa, goodies to eat, a silent auction, story time, and more. You can call the book store at 303-827-3620.

Donations

General donations

Longmont Theatre Company is a non-profit community theater, and the oldest continuously operating community theater in northern Colorado. As we give to the community, we hope that the community will give to us. Ticket sales covers part of our expenses, but we need support from you to continue our work.

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may Modify Recurring Donations at any time.

Illuminate the Marquee

The home of the Longmont Theatre Company is an historic landmark, with a beautiful cascade of neon light above the marquee. Or it will be beautiful, once we restore it, with your help. Please contribute to our capital improvement fund, so we can relight the cascade by the start of 2015. You'll be joining the LDDA, the Longmont Community Foundation, Longmont Power, and other patrons.
